Delivery, setup, warranty and returns
Plain terms for every Aurestill order. The full written warranty and any return windows are confirmed before you pay. Request a quote and we send them with it.
Delivery
- We deliver on a day we schedule with you. You will not be left guessing.
- Our crew carries your order in and places it where you want it. You carry nothing.
- Delivery is to a ground-level room or accessible outdoor space. If your placement requires something unusual, tell us in your quote request and we will confirm what is possible.
Setup
- We stay through the initial setup. You are not left with a box and an instruction sheet.
- Your unit is a self-contained product. The sauna runs on a standard home circuit. The cold plunge is one unit with a built-in chiller. No plumbing is required for either.
- Setup coordination is included with Aurestill Care, which is available as an add-on for any order.
Written warranty
- Every order comes with a written warranty. It is one page.
- You receive the warranty with your quote, before you pay. Read it in full before committing.
- The specific coverage terms are confirmed in the written quote. We do not state them verbally only.
Returns
- If something is wrong with your order, write to us at aurestill@sogoodmail.co and we will respond.
- The return process and any applicable windows are confirmed in your written quote before you pay.
- We do not accept returns on units that have been used outside of their stated placement conditions or modified after delivery.
